Applicance & Air-Conditioning Issues
For troubleshooting issues with your appliances or air conditioning units, it is advisable to consult the user manual provided by the manufacturer. The user manual contains specific instructions, troubleshooting steps, and helpful information to address common issues that may arise.

Rectifications
To notify of items within 12-month DLP, including appliance & aircon issues within 6 weeks of move-in.
To report any issues with appliances or air conditioning units covered under the 12-month Defects Liability Period (DLP), please notify McNab Customer Care about any problems you encounter with appliances or air conditioning units. They will assist you in coordinating the necessary actions to rectify or repair the issues.
McNab Customer Care will liaise with the appropriate parties to address the reported issues within the DLP period.
