  • To ensure a smooth transition for all parties involved, including building management, existing residents, and new residents, prior notification is required for all move-ins and deliveries of bulk and heavy goods. Please notify Building Management by emailing info@whitemb.com.au in advance.

    Here are some points to consider and protective measures associated with your move-in:

    Advance Booking: Please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice via email to avoid conflicts with existing bookings.

    Lift Preparation: Passenger lifts will need to be prepared for the move by installing protective curtains. During furniture transportation, passenger lift service may be halted temporarily.

    Assistance with Common Areas: We will advise and assist new residents with any issues related to the development's common areas, including the car park and rubbish removal.

    Please be aware that during the initial period of move-ins, there will be additional requirements and processes in place due to the volume of residents occupying their apartments for the first time. For detailed instructions, please refer to the information provided in your handover emails.

  • To ensure the security of all residents, White apartments have implemented a registered key system. This system covers access to common area doors, services, and individual unit.

    The designated locksmith responsible for White registered key system is Able Security Group.

    During the settlement process, you will receive the following items:

    Access Swipe Fobs & Keys: These fobs provide secure access to both the lift and your home.

    Garage Door Remotes: These remotes allow remote access to the secure car park.

    If you need any additional keys or swipe fobs, please direct your requests to Building Management. They will coordinate the review and approval process on behalf of the body corporate. For key requests, a signed Key Request form will be issued to the registered locksmith, along with the requesting resident's contact information.

    Upon receiving your invoice for the requested items, please make the payment. Once the payment is processed, the additional items will be issued to you.

    In case you ever lock yourself out of your apartment, you can contact Able Security Group directly at 07 3188 6084 to request access.

    If anyone else needs to be let into the property, they must provide evidence to the registered locksmith that they actually reside at the property. It's important to note that the call-out cost for this service will be payable directly by the resident requesting access. This measure ensures the security and safety of all residents.

  • White can be accessed via either the pedestrian entry or car park entry on Woodroffe Avenue. White apartments are equipped with an integrated access control system utilizing fobs for entry to common areas and apartments. This comprehensive system ensures a high level of security and allows for regulated entry, granting residents and authorized guests safe and convenient access throughout the building.

    Amenities are located on the podium level. You will need to use your supplied security fobs to access each of these areas.

  • All residences at the White apartments come equipped with a video intercom system. You'll find your intercom panel conveniently installed in your hallway.

    For the convenience of your guests, there is an intercom call station located outside the foyer area on Ground Floor. Each call station is connected to the corresponding door or lift it operates and is also linked back to the call station within your apartment.

    To call a specific apartment, simply dial the unit number on the call station, followed by the bell symbol.

    When a guest calls your apartment, you can answer the call by pressing the green phone button on the top right of the screen, and two-way communication is established between you and the visitor. To grant access to the building press the key button to the right of the monitor, and entry will be granted including lift access to your home.

  • In the building, you will find two passenger lifts. It's important to note that your access fob will grant entry to specific areas only. These include the ground and basement levels, your apartment level, and the communal podium level.

    To call a lift, simply locate and press the lift call button. Once inside the lift, ensure you have your access fob readily available. Hold your fob near the proximity reader and then select the floor number corresponding to your destination.

  • Access to the car park levels for all residents is via Woodroofe Avenue. Entry is via a secured garage door accessible using the remotes issued to you at handover.

  • White provides 4 visitor parking bays locate on the ground level.

    Visitors may use these spaces and will need to contact the building occupant via ground intercom panel to request access into the building.

    Please note use of the visitor car parks is strictly limited to genuine visitors and are not to be used by building residents. Visitor parking areas must be used by genuine visitors only and for no more than eight hours by a visitor in any 24-hour period without the prior approval of the building manager. Any residents not complying with the visitor parking by-laws will be breached.

  • Following your initial move into White, should you need to move additional furniture into your residences please see below key measurements to assist with planning.

    Basements: Carpark clearance height approximately 2.2m | Ramp Gradient of 1:4 at its steepest

    Lift car: 2400mm height x 2000mm deep x 1400mm wide
