SURFBOARD GUIDELINES
To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, we kindly ask all owners and occupiers to follow these guidelines.
General Guidelines
The Surfboard Storage Area is designated solely for the storage of surfboards and associated surfing equipment.
Please refrain from storing any hazardous substances in the Surfboard Storage Area.
Ensure that your use of the Surfboard Storage Area does not cause a nuisance to any other resident.
After using the Surfboard Storage Area, take all reasonable steps to keep it clean and tidy.
Resident's Responsibilities
The Committee may establish additional rules for the use of the Surfboard Storage Area and will be indicated with signs around the area.
Occupiers are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage for any surfboards and associated surfing equipment stored in the Surfboard Storage Area.
The use of the Surfboard Storage Area is entirely at the risk of the occupier and/or invitees.
The Body Corporate is released from any liability arising from damage, theft, or any other loss suffered by occupiers or invitees related to the use of the Surfboard Storage Area.
The Committee may establish a booking system for the Surfboard Storage Area. All users must comply with this booking system.
We want to ensure that everyone can enjoy the benefits of the Surfboard Storage Area while respecting the rights of others. By adhering to these guidelines, we can maintain a clean and safe environment for all owners and occupiers.
