We have installed a new Parcel Locker system located on the ground floor designed to streamline and enhance the package delivery experience for all residents at White. With this state-of-the-art and secure system, you can now say goodbye to worrying about missing deliveries or making tedious trips to the post office.
The centralized locker system offers a convenient and reliable way to receive packages and deliveries, making your life easier. Here's how it works:
Simple Notification: Whenever a package is delivered to you, you will receive a notification containing a unique pickup code. This personalized code ensures that only you, as the intended recipient, can access the designated locker.
Access Around the Clock: No need to rush! You can access the Parcel Locker anytime, 24/7, at your convenience. Use your unique pickup code to open the locker and retrieve your package hassle-free.
Hassle-Free Retrieval: Inside the locker, you'll find your package stored in a designated compartment corresponding to your unique code. This ensures that each package is securely and accurately stored, providing a seamless retrieval process.
Secure Closure: Once you've collected your package, simply close the locker securely. The system is designed to prioritize the safety of your belongings as well as the next person's package.
And that's not all! To provide you with even more benefits, we've included refrigerated lockers in the system, enabling the delivery of perishable items. Now, you can have your groceries and other perishables delivered safely and kept fresh until you pick them up.
To further guarantee the security of the Parcel Locker system, security cameras are installed above the locker area. These cameras diligently record video footage of all activities in and around the Parcel Locker's vicinity, should any issues arise with deliveries or security concerns.
With this advanced Parcel Locker system and additional refrigerated lockers, we aim to make your deliveries smooth, secure, and stress-free.
Surfboard Storage Area
Located on the ground floor you will find a surfboard storage area, which is a convenient space designed to provide you with convenience for storing your surfboards and surfing equipment. Please remember that, as the owner, it's essential for you to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for your surfboards and associated equipment kept in the Surfboard Storage Area.
We want you to enjoy this facility to the fullest, but it's essential to keep in mind that the use of the Surfboard Storage Area is entirely at your risk, as well as that of your invitees. As such, the Body Corporate is not liable for any damage, theft, or other losses incurred while using the Surfboard Storage Area.
Dog Wash Facility
Conveniently located on the ground floor. This fantastic amenity is designed to provide you with a stress-free and efficient way to keep your furry friends clean and happy. With easy-to-use washing station with adjustable water pressure and temperature controls. Please be considerate of other owners and pets and clean up after using the facility, ensuring it remains a pleasant space for everyone.
