SAUNA GUIDELINES
To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, we kindly ask all owners and occupiers to follow these guidelines.
General Guidelines
The sauna amenity is for the exclusive use of White residents and may only be used by residents or people accompanied by a resident.
The sauna is open 24 hours a day 7 day a week.
Children under the age of 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the facility.
Shower before entering the sauna.
Appropriate clothing is to be warn at all times including bathing suits.
A towel must be placed under persons whilst using seating.
No resident or guest shall behave in such a manner as to jeopardize the safety and health of him/her and others.
Follow recommended time limits for sauna usage to prevent overheating and ensure the well-being of all users.
Refrain from making any alterations or causing damage to the sauna area or any provided equipment.
By using the sauna facility, you accept all associated risks and responsibilities, including any damage that may occur.
Indemnify the Body Corporate: You agree to indemnify the Body Corporate against any liability, cost, or expense, including legal fees, arising from the use of the sauna by you or your invitees.
Prioritize your safety by exercising caution and following appropriate guidelines for your specific needs. If you have any medical condition, consult a medical practitioner before using the sauna.
Building Management and the Body Corporate reserve the right to temporarily close the sauna for maintenance, cleaning, or safety purposes. Advance notice will be provided to residents if such closures are necessary.
Resident's Responsibilities
Any form of glassware is strictly prohibited in the smoking area, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is not permitted within the gymnasium at any time.
Being considerate of others fosters a harmonious environment for everyone.
Dispose of litter properly in the appropriate waste and recycle bins and refrain from littering in the sauna area.
Do not use essential oils, body lotions or oils, or fake tan whilst using the amenity.
As this is a dry form of heat therapy be sure to drink plenty of water before and after using the sauna.
Pregnant women should not use the steam room prior to medical consultation.
Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Be cautious when entering and exiting the sauna, as the floor may be slippery.
In Case of Emergency
Dial 000 for Police, Fire Brigade, or Ambulance services.
Follow the evacuation plan if required.
